Delivery to a relay point is free in mainland France and Belgium .

Important information ❗❗:

- Monthly Pack Minis are prepared once a month
- Closing date for subscriptions: the 20th of each month. (For example, if you subscribe between January 1 and 20, you receive the February box, if you subscribe between January 21 and 31, you receive your March box)
- Your Discovery Pack leaves between the 1st and 15th day of the month for which you subscribed to your subscription.
- We choose by default the cheapest delivery for your monthly box.
- If your delivery is made to a relay point, but you want home delivery: contact us (candybox @ candymix.fr)!
- The monthly Discovery Pack is automatically renewed on the 10th of each month for the pack of the following month. (For example, the February 10 collection corresponds to the March pack)
- If you move, send us an email!
- To change your relay point, contact us before subscriptions close, because otherwise your package will be sent to the wrong place :(

Subscriptions renew automatically . You can turn off auto-renewal at any time.

After an order is placed, your order is processed within 2-3 business days.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES AFTER MY ORDER IS PROCESSED?

Delivery time to France:
3-5 working days with Mondial Relay,
2-3 working days with Colissimo

Delivery time to Europe: 3-5 working days with Mondial Relay

Delivery time to DOM 1: 6 working days with Colissimo

Delivery time to Canada: 6 working days with Colissimo.
