What is a Mochi?

THE mochi is a Japanese specialty made from sticky rice. The dough, once crushed and molded, becomes soft and elastic. Traditionally, the mochis are filled with sweet red bean paste, but many modern variations exist. The Mochi Cacao Matcha is one of these delicious innovations. ☀
