Article 1 - Organization

Society LR Web Business, whose head office is located at 7 rue de la Grange Laidet, 79000 Niort, below called “Candymix”, organizes a game with purchase obligation entitled “En route for the 100,000th order” of 04/02/2025 Until the Candymix 100,000 order.

The game begins the 02/04/2025 at 00:00 and ends once the 100,000th order past.

By participating in this game, you are unreservedly accepting these regulations.

Article 2 - Participants

Participation in the game is open to any adult natural person, having legal capacity and fulfilling the following conditions (hereinafter referred to as “participant”):

✅ Be a major (e).
✅ Having placed an order on the site Candymix (excluding subscriptions) or having registered in store via QR code.

Are excluded from participation:
❌ People involved directly or indirectly in the organization, implementation and promotion of the game.
❌ Staff members of Candymix, as well as their families in direct line.

Any false declaration will result in the immediate exclusion of the participant.

Article 3 - Terms of participation and designation of winners

3.1 Participation

Participation is two ways :

📦 On the website : Anyone providing an order (excluding subscriptions) automatically participates.

Each command = 1 participation
The more you order, the more likely you are to win!

3.2 Designation of winners

The winners will be appointed in several ways:

• *The jackpot 🎁 : There 100,000th order will win 1 year of free candies (in the form of a monthly voucher of € 41.60 for 12 months).
• 10 orders reimbursed 💸 : Draw among all the orders of the month.
• 10 Buckets offered 🍭 : 10 predefined control numbers will be selected as winners.
• 100 vouchers 🎟️ : Vouchers 5€, 10€, 20€ will be slipped up randomly into the packages.
• 1,000 products offered 🍬 : For any order of 45 € and more, a sweet surprise will be added randomly (samples, mini sachets, lollipops).

The winners will be contacted by e-mail At the address entered when ordering or registering in the store.

If a winner does not manifest himself within a period of 15 days, its batch will be put into play via a competition on Instagram or Tiktok.

3.3 Specific competition conditions

As part of the competition organized on the Candymix site, where certain order numbers are predetermined as winners and announced in advance, it is specified that the shipping costs of orders grouped will in no way be reimbursed.

This measure aims to guarantee an equitable chance of all participants and to avoid abuses consisting in voluntarily multiplying orders for the sole purpose of obtaining a winning number, then requesting the reimbursement of delivery costs once the orders have been merged.

Any attempt to bypass this rule may lead to the exclusion of the competition and/or the cancellation of the participated participation, without possible compensation.

By validating their order and participating in the competition, customers acknowledge having read this rule and accept it without reservation.

Article 4 - Endowments and conditions of allocation

The lots are strictly personal, not transferable, non -exchangeable for money.

In the event of a wrong address or lack of response, the gain will be canceled and put back into play.

Candymix cannot be held responsible in the event of an error in entering the winner's contact details.

Article 5 - Responsibility

Candymix cannot be held responsible:

❌ In the event of modification, interruption or cancellation of the game for reasons independent of its will.
❌ In the event of a technical problem preventing participation or the draw.
❌ In the event of loss or non-purchase of endowments due to information errors provided by the participants.

Any attempted fraud will result in the immediate exclusion of the game.

Article 6 - Acceptance of the regulation

Participation in the game implies acceptance total and unreservedly of these regulations.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Otherwise, any dispute will be subject to the competent French courts.
